  • The registration & ticketing platform will open in February 2027
  • The conference registration fee should be paid before the conference meeting date
  • Currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Presenting authors should have a paid registration by April 23, 2027 in order ensure the inclusion of their work in the program and in the proceedings of the conference.

STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE

The Standard registration fee covers:

  • Oral presentation of the accepted work
  • Publication of one full paper/ extended abstract in the open access Conference Proceedings
  • Access to the Conference Proceedings
  • Attendance at all scientific sessions throughout the three-day conference
  • Welcome reception, Coffee breaks, Lunches and Conference Gala Dinner

SPONSORHSHIP

Two exhibition areas will be available for sponsor boths, situated in front of the entrances to the auditorium and the parallel session rooms. Coffee breaks will be served in these areas to enhance sponsor visibility and encourage networking opportunities.

  1. Booth space: 2m x 1.5m
    Included in price:
    Exhibition area, table (1.60m x 0.70m), chair, wireless internet, one conference delegate admittance including coffee breaks, conference lunches, refreshments during breaks and conference dinner.
  2. Only one conference delegate admittance is included in purchase of exhibition package, additional persons should register as normal delegated.
  3. Extra furniture/equipment available for rent. Others individual requirements can be discussed.
  4. Conference breaks (coffee breaks and refreshments) are arranged adjacent to the exhibition area. The catering service will be placed on the floor -1 (auditorium) and on the 1st floor (parallel session rooms)
  5. Booth location allocated in order of confirmation
  6. The exhibition floorplan will be available soon
